The Autobonder 2001 is the perfect solutions for low volume production lines and repair operations.
The dispensing capabilities of the Autobonder 2001 are unlimited - easily dispensing microdots of the lowest (thinnest) to the highest (thickest) viscosity materials.
Vacuum and pressure control is integrated in the Autobonder 2001. The unit provides a vacuum system to "suck back" low viscoisty materials such as cyanoacrylates, -clean, no drip control. The operator can also use controlled pressure/duration to dispense high viscosity material like greases, solder pastes, and RTV silicones.
Simplicity and control are optimized in the Autobonder 2001. The syringe reservoir can be hand held for exceptional flexibility or clamped for workstation presentation - move the material to the work piece or the work piece to the material.
