LuminDyanmics has a low-cost, high-volume solution for dispensing two-component adhesives-Autobonder™ 2040. Using our time-tested PLC control system, unique pinch valve, and positive displacement, the Autobonder™ 2040 achieves very consistent and accurate amounts of dispensed material with every shot. The solid-state timer is capable of time ranges from .01 second to 9999 hours with .03% repeat accuracy.
The Autobonder™ 2040's unique valve and disposable static-mixer provide maintenance-free dispensing not available with meter-mix systems. The Autobonder™ 2040's valve will stop dispensing material during power or air outages for increased operator safety.
The Autobonder™ 2040 increases productivity with hands-free operation via a foot-pedal, and ensures a consistent 1-to-1 mix of adhesive on every part.
