UV/Visible Light Intensity Meters
Model 306 - UV Radiometer/Dosimeter
This handheld radiometer/dosimeter is designed to monitor UV light sources used in a wide range of UV curing applications and it is perfect for educational and environmental monitoring efforts focusing on ultraviolet properties.
Features and Specifications
- The Model 306 UV Radiometer/Dosimeter is a highly reliable direct reading instrument designed expressly for measuring light intensity at the surface of various devices and substrates being exposed with UV light, as well as monitoring the UV output of UV curing light sources and other UV light exposure systems.
- The Model 306 is furnished with a probe sensor, peaked at 365nm. Optional probes for use in the shortwave, UVB and Visible light wavelengths are also available. Calibration accuracy is within +/- 3% and is NIST traceable. Measurement repeatabability is within +/- 1%. The Model 306 is auto-ranging from 0.1 to 1999 mW/cm2 full scale and has 1% linearity in this range.
- This instrument features an LCD display and is powered by a 9 volt battery.
- The Model 306 UV Radiometer/Dosimeter is engineered to assure meter to meter matchability.
Applications
- UV Curing: Optimize UV exposure by measuring bulb intensity and exposure duration.
- Calibrate and Characterize: Test your UV radiation source to maximize effectiveness and productivity.
- Evaluate UV leakage: Utilize the Model 306 instrument to quantify the amount of UV light being scattered into the work environment.
UviCure Plus
- Used in curing applications of inks, adhesives, soldermasks, and epoxies (not for use in web press applications)
- Incorporates one UV spectral response range
- Display provides readout of total UV dosage in Joules/cm2 and peak UV intensity in Watts/cm2
- Measures UV lamp performance
- Compares the efficiencies of different UV curing systems
UV Power Puck
- Used in curing applications of inks, adhesives, soldermasks, and epoxies (not for use in web press applications)
- Incorporates four separate spectral response ranges and measures all four simultaneously
- Display scrolls through UV dosage in Joules/cm2 and peak UV intensity in Watts/cm2 of all four separate UV spectral response ranges
- Measures UV lamp performance (and possible bandwidth shift for doped lamps)
- Compares the efficiencies of different UV curing systems
SpotCure
- Monitors the output of a UV "spot curing" system
- Provides indication of light guide degradation and spot curing system degradation
- Measures intensities up to 19.99 Watts/cm2
- Includes several different size light guide adaptors for maximum flexibility
